These Terms & Conditions govern registration and participation in the Sai Cakes & Bakes Loyalty Program ("the Program"). By registering, you agree to the terms below.

1. Registration & Eligibility

• One loyalty membership per person. Registration requires a valid full name, date of birth, contact details, and photo.

• You may register on behalf of a family member (spouse, parent, child, etc.) by selecting the appropriate relation at signup.

• Information provided must be accurate — benefits are tied to the registered date of birth and cannot be reissued for incorrect details after the fact without contacting support.

2. Subscription Plans & Fees

The Program offers three one-time-fee membership plans, each valid for 5 years from the date of registration:

• Silver — ₹1000

• Platinum — ₹1500

• Gold — ₹2000 (includes additional festive-season benefits)

Plan pricing and benefits may be revised for new registrations at any time; changes do not affect the terms of an already-active membership.

3. Redemption of Benefits

• Each membership includes one free birthday cake per year, redeemable only on the registered date of birth (or within the store's configured grace window).

• Redemption happens in-store. Staff will scan your loyalty QR code or look up your Loyalty ID.

• For your security, redemption requires a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email at the time of pickup. Share this code with store staff to confirm the redemption — no redemption is processed without it.

• Only one redemption is permitted per membership per calendar year.

4. Referral Program

• Registered members receive a unique referral code, shown on the registration success page and loyalty card.

• Sharing your referral code with friends and family who register may earn rewards at Sai Cakes & Bakes' discretion. Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

5. Card Validity, Expiry & Renewal

• Membership is valid for 5 years from the registration date, shown on your digital and physical loyalty card.

• We'll notify you as your membership approaches expiry with renewal options.

• Unused annual benefits do not roll over or carry a cash-refund value upon expiry.

6. Misuse & Cancellation

• Loyalty cards are non-transferable. Valid photo ID may be requested at redemption to confirm identity.

• Sharing, duplicating, or attempting to redeem benefits fraudulently may result in immediate cancellation of membership without refund.

• Sai Cakes & Bakes reserves the right to refuse redemption where misuse is reasonably suspected.

7. Photo & Data Usage

Your photo and registration details are used solely to generate your loyalty card, verify your identity at redemption, and send Program-related communications (birthday reminders, offers, renewal notices). See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

8. Changes to These Terms

Sai Cakes & Bakes may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the Program. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
